The best steak, salad and baked potato combo! The flavor of the steak was fantastic and cooked to perfection. Ordering from the menu in my opinion is definitely the way to go at this family style buffet. My #1 choice over Longhorn or Outback for a great steak. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the food bar area was messy with food spilled over edges etc. The restrooms at the Dalton location were totally disgusting. Management really needs to step it up as far as cleanliness is concerned.

You shouldn't have to tell the manager. That's part of their job and if they aren't making sure they are clean the owner needs to find a manager that will do the job correctly.
